If you don't love it, return it. Read on for details regarding our 100% satisfaction guarantee and for instructions on how to make a return.
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
The Refund Amount will only be refunded / credited to the credit / debit card used at the time of purchase through the same purchase process.
How to Return your product
Choose from two ways to return:
Expedited Photo Returns
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free Photo Return process to speed replacement.
Here's how:
1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@afronative.co.uk. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
Please note:
• Photo Returns are accepted for most posters and art prints, including framed items, canvas, acrylic, and wood mounts. Photo Returns are not available for some items, including tapestries, rugs, hand painted art, and limited edition prints.
• If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
Regular Returns
You may return your product for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
1. Complete the Return Instructions form on the back of the packing ship included with your order.
2. Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Afronative.co.uk does not accept returns for online subscription services. Upon termination of service, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. Monthly plan holders cancelling their subscription will not receive any pro-rated or credited amount. All sales are final -- the information and services provided by Afronative.co.uk are not returnable once access is granted. All date calculations are made on the basis of the Gregorian calendar. Please preview the information we offer before you subscribe to understand what Afronative.co.uk provides users. If you have any questions, please contact customer support prior to registering and paying any membership fee. It will be assumed that once you have registered, you have accepted the policy herein.
PREMIUM MONTHLY PLAN
Your credit card will be charged with the monthly membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly (31 day cycle) basis until you terminate your membership. So, for example, if you joined on May 5 your credit card will be charged 31 days thereafter, in this case June 5th, and on July 6th on the following month and so on until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership by contacting us at support@afronative.co.uk at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon canceling your membership, you will not incur additional fees and you will be able to make use of our Premium services until the end of the billing cycle.
